Gymnastics Victoria's 2021 Club Conference is moving online!
Starting on Wednesday 8 September and running over the next couple of weeks we will be holding a virtual Club Conference using the Zoom platform.

10am – 11am Welcome from Gymnastics Victoria’s CEO Robin O’Neill and keynote speaker Jude Bolton, former Sydney Swans Premiership Player
Jude Bolton has a passion for fostering a high-performance culture and working with leaders to create strong, accountable teams within their organisation. Knowing how important culture and connection is within sport, Jude will be sharing the importance of refocusing on building your club culture within your team and the positive flow on effects this can have with your members and community to assist with a strong return in the future.

BREAKOUT SESSION A: Managing Conflict and Confrontation – The Next Steps Nicole Davidson
In a recent Club PD webinar, we looked at how conflict arises and why it can escalate. In this session, we will look at some practical tools to improve your powers to avoid and manage conflict.
Come prepared to listen, learn and get involved. You’ll need your microphones ready and your cameras on!

BREAKOUT SESSION B: Engaging with Multicultural Communities for Business Growth with Molina Asthana & Tammy Robinson
Molina Asthana is a Gymnastics Victoria Board Director and the founder of the NFP Multicultural Women in Sport which aims to create pathways for increased participation of women from multicultural backgrounds in sport for their empowerment and confidence, their general wellbeing and a sense of belonging to the community. Joining Molina will be Tammy Robinson from FCGC who will provide her club’s insights into strategies and options for engaging with Multicultural communities.
