The 2017 Australian Aerobic Championships took place over the weekend with the Victorian Aerobics State Team dominating the competition.
After an exciting final, Victoria’s own Olivia Feaver was crowned the 2017 Aerobics Senior International Individual Champion.
Olivia has been competing in Aerobic Gymnastics for nine years, and competing internationally since 2012. She started through competing at school, and then continued through club gymnastics.
Since beginning the sport, Olivia has competed individually, in groups and in trios and has enjoyed every aspect of it.
Olivia enjoys not only the fitness side of Aerobics, but the friendships she has made and the chance to travel.
“Making friends not only within your club but close friendships throughout the country and having friends overseas is pretty exciting,” said Olivia.
“Being able to represent your state and country whilst travelling the world and country is pretty cool”.
Olivia has a bright future ahead of her and is a Victorian gymnast to keep your eye on.
“The big goal is to represent Australia in the World Championships in Portugal and also at the Suzuki World Cup in Japan,” said Olivia.
Gymnastics Victoria are proud of Olivia’s achievements so far and are excited to follow the progress of her Gymnastics career.
